Refund policy

"Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, customers must provide: 

  1. An unboxing video clearly showing the package seal and contents upon opening
  2. Clear photos of the item from at least 2-3 angles showing the defect or issue

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification."
