By accessing or purchasing from Sohosan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

All products sold on Sohosan are anime collectibles, action figures, cosplay accessories, and related merchandise. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to manufacturing.

Before purchasing, customers can message us on Instagram @sohosan.in to request additional product images and verify quality before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and other available payment methods
Sohosan reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12–18 hours of placement
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may attract a cancellation fee depending on the stage of fulfillment
Orders cancelled after shipment may be subject to return shipping deductions
Accidental/mistaken orders will only be considered for cancellation on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues

We ship across India
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or location constraints
Sohosan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to video and photo proof.

All content on www.sohosan.in including logos, images, and text is the property of Sohosan. Anime characters and related IP belong to their respective owners. Sohosan does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
