We currently ship across India only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other reliable logistics providers. The courier assigned may vary based on your location and availability.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 3–10 business days depending on your location
Remote/rural areas may take longer
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed

5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is offered on all orders across India
Exceptions may apply in certain cases, such as remote/difficult-to-reach locations, bulky items, or during specific conditions — shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
You can use this to track your order through the courier's website

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and take photos from 2–3 angles immediately upon receipt

Claims without video/photo proof will not be entertained

8. Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us (RTO)
Re-shipping will be arranged by Sohosan at no extra cost to the customer
If the address or contact details provided are insufficient or unclear, our team will reach out to you via phone, email, or Instagram before dispatch to confirm the details
